Eclipse

Located at 576 Yates St, Victoria, BC. Eclipse works to incorporate similar brick and archways into the false facade to blend naturally into the streetscape. But pass through the archways and you’ll find a quaint courtyard fronting a small bookstore on the first floor with a lecture space and office on the second. Working your way to the 3rd floor there is a private residences with a rooftop terrace. Eclipse is meant to provide familiarity to its heritage counterparts while still being able to provide a new look on the inside, even offering a space for the public to rest, park their bikes, use the bathroom, or read a book away from the street.
